I know that you know what I mean when I talk about having a gut feeling, or I talk about following my intuition you have experienced it yourself. That kind of ‘knowing’ that often sits down in your belly somewhere, or tickles on the back of your neck. For many of us, we can’t quite place it in our body, rather it’s an experience that might be located somewhere inside of us. Whatever you call it, or whatever it feels like to you, it’s a fairly common phenomena. And if your here reading this, then I’m pretty certain you know what I mean.
We don’t really know what intuition is though. Humans have studied it for many years via studies in psychology and philosophy. Still, understanding where that weird reasoning comes from eludes us. Even though we don’t know what it is or where it comes from, we somehow still know. We know something and if everything is going as it should, we trust that knowing and it propels us into some action or decision.
And it’s always there, even when we are not listening, our intuition is still part of our human condition, a sixth sense intrinsic to our being human. Many of us live our life in a way that has the volume turned right down on that inner voice. We live in a world that is noisy and crazy busy. We get lost in screens and bright glowing light in our eyes twenty four hours a day.
If this is you, then I am going to give you some practical strategies for opening up, for connecting with your intuition, to turn the volume back up, so to speak. I want to see you thrive, I want you to flourish and prosper. I want you to blossom. I want to see you live a life in which you have control, in which you make decisions based on what is right for your deepest souls purpose. So, join me here for the next few sessions and explore some of the things you can do to keep those pathways to your intuition unblocked.
